Robert Half is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator for our client in Fairhope, Alabama. This role involves handling front desk operations and enhancing customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will bring outstanding skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. This is a short-term contract position.
Responsibilities :
- Manage the front desk, ensuring smooth operations and providing excellent customer service.
- Efficiently process customer inquiries, addressing their needs promptly and professionally.
- Maintain and update customer records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook for daily tasks and communication.
- Demonstrate excellent proficiency in handling Microsoft Suite for various administrative tasks.
- Resolve customer issues, providing solutions that align with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Manage customer credit applications, processing them accurately and quickly.
- Maintain accurate customer credit records, updating them as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook is mandatory.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently is a must.
- Experience in a customer service or front desk role is highly desirable.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and respect for confidentiality is required.
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, is necessary.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected situations professionally is needed.
- Experience in handling office equipment such as printers, photocopiers, and fax machines preferred.
- Professional appearance and demeanor are expected at all times.
- Availability to work during business hours and willingness to work overtime if needed is required.
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems is beneficial.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations and maintain composure is necessary.
