The RN Case Manager will be based out of our Manchester, NH office.
The ideal candidate will hold a valid Nursing License (RN) in the State of New Hampshire and have a minimum of two years of acute care experience.
The RN Case Manager is responsible for managing a defined caseload of patients providing direct patient care and comprehensive nursing services to individuals in the community.
While full time positions are desired we are open to discussing part time and per diem positions!
Pay : $36-$40 / hour
Hours : Monday-Friday 8 : 30am-5pm (Flexible days if desired!)

Job Requirements of the Registered Nurse Case Manager :
- Valid Nursing License in the State of New Hampshire
- Nursing experience required
- Mustbe able to lift 50 LBS with no restrictions
- Current CPR BLS Certification required (We offer monthly renewal classes paid for by Interim HealthCare)
- Home care experience preferred

A Sign on Bonus of $5,000 is offered to RN Case Managers that have two years of current nursing experience working at least 30 hours per week.
After 90 days of employment 20% of the sign on bonus will be paid out.
The remaining sign on bonus will be paid after 6 months of employment.
