The Manager, Amplify Operations is a key role on the Learfield Amplify leadership team tasked with creating operational efficiencies to enhance the overall success of the business.

The Manager, Amplify Operations will identify opportunities to improve business practices within business intelligence, sales reporting, training and development, and sales strategy.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage business intelligence ecosystem for Amplify, including being the primary point of contact with all third-party vendors
  • Spearhead process for developing and implementing Property Growth Plans
  • Manage Annual Sales Calendar for Amplify business
  • Identify new ways to optimize Amplify operations through by working across all internal divisions of Learfield, enhancing service capabilities and partner satisfaction
  • Analyze sales trends and productivity of staff to identify areas of opportunity
  • Compile weekly sales reports and evaluate trends in performance to identify areas of opportunity
  • Facilitate monthly Town Halls to share best practices, provide company updates, and identify new areas of opportunity for Amplify
  • Manage internal sales system to ensure accurate reporting, quality control, and insights
  • Collaborate with Partner Engagement department on partner presentations
  • Support Amplify leadership with Business Development opportunities on new and renewal business
  • Be part of a collective team focused on driving the overall growth and strategy for LEARFIELD Amplify

Requirements :

  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience working in sales or client management role, preferably in sport industry
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, analytical, data-driven environment, which also requires strong communication skills to effectively convey complex business concepts to current and prospective clients
  • Ability to multitask while managing and prioritizing multiple deadlines such as RFP’s, proposals, and presentations
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A self-motivated individual and superb team player
  • Takes accountability and ownership of one’s work
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office programs including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience utilizing CRM platforms and business intelligence tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Conquer, and Oracle Eloqua preferred
  • Experience with ticketing software such as Archtics and Paciolan preferred
  • Ability to learn, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree
