Job Duties :
- Lead end-to-end project management activities, encompassing project initiation, scope definition, budget allocation, and effective user communication.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, aligned with structured Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- Proactively monitor progress, mentor Agile Scrum-based teams, and address potential challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess feasibility, foster innovation, and identify and mitigate risks.
- Conduct risk assessment, stakeholder engagement, and align development with business objectives.
- Drive continual improvement, optimizing workflows, and ensuring high-quality solution delivery.
- Manage the complete life cycle of IT business software application projects from original concept to final implementation.
- Develop detailed project execution plans and manage all phases of the project including resource allocation, scheduling, financials / budgets, and post-production support.
- Facilitate the definition of project missions, goals, tasks, and resource requirements.
- Resolve conflicts within and between projects / functional areas / teams.
- Monitor project progress and escalate as appropriate.
- Identify, mitigate, and report project risks and issues.
- Partner with stakeholders to build project plans, identify key milestones, and communicate objectives, risks, and progress.
- Prepare project Memorandum of Agreement (MOAs) and Project Investment Justification (PIJ) documents.
- Provide information to confirm project accomplishments and milestones.
- Other duties as assigned related to the position.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSAs) :
Knowledge in :
- IT project management principles (minimum 5 years managing medium to large projects).
- Software application development.
- End-to-end data processes, from acquisition to deployment.
- Agile principles.
- PMBOK framework.
- Large project budgets and resource optimization.
- RFI, RFP processes, and Change Management controls.
- BI principles, analytics, and decision support.
- Data quality, security, and regulatory compliance.
- BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, etc.
- SQL and Relational databases.
- A Bachelor’s degree plus five or more years’ experience as an IT Project manager, or equivalent experience.
Skills in :
- Mission, goal, task, and resource definition.
- Efficient management of budgets and resources.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Conveying project updates to stakeholders.
- Developing data strategies aligned with goals.

Pay : $90,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
