We are experiencing tremendous growth in our Service Operations and are looking to hire a motivated Service Technician to join our team! Along with your communication skills and automotive knowledge, you'll utilize leading-edge technology to diagnose and repair vehicles as well as recommend preventative maintenance to extend the lifespan of the vehicle.

We seek an aggressive, energetic individual with a positive attitude whose primary goal is to maintain the operational and safety aspects of the customers’ vehicle.

You must have a Can-Do attitude while achieving targeted labor hour goals on a weekly basis, with emphasis on completing repairs correctly and efficiently at first visit.

Responsibilities

• Punctual attendance required
• Verifying customer concern and performing proper diagnosis
• Clearly reporting malfunction cause and recommended correction
• Determining and recommending needed maintenance base on age, mileage and history of vehicle
• Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
• Communicate effectively with service advisor or dispatch manager the cause and correction for needed repairs or preventative maintenance
• Establish accurate repair time
• Monitor the progress of parts and job time to effectively manage your day
• Verifying that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
• Documenting all completed work and producing vehicle health report
