Assistant Studio Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an Assistant Studio Managerto join our team at Body Fit Training (BFT) West Frisco.As an Assistant Studio Manager your goal is to increase membership numbers through member referrals, lead management, community events, marketing and walk-in visits.

The ideal candidate has excellent customer service and sales skills, a positive attitude, and a love of fitness. This role is comprised of 70-80% sales and marketing and 20-30% studio operations.

REQUIREMENTS : 1+ year of fitness sales experience or membership sales preferredMust have the ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and / or weekendsConfident in generating personal sales and training Sales Reps in salesAbility to work independently and collaborate with general manager and studio ownerAbility to manage and drive all revenue streams from membership sales to retailExcellent communication and strong writing and interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone, and via emailExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to excel in a fast changing, diverse environmentPassion for health and fitness and helping others succeedProficiency with computers and studio softwareMust possess a passion for continuous learning and a strong desire for career growthHigh school diploma / GED required

RESPONSIBILITIES : Lead generation including grassroots marketing, external prospecting, and community networkingDrive Membership sales through outside sales and business development effortsAchieves daily, weekly and monthly sales and membership goalsStrategically manage marketing campaigns to deliver lead goals for the studio, including digital marketing and social media presence of the BFT brand through various digital platformsGreet members, guests, and prospective members as they arrive at the gymAnswer phone calls and assist membersCommunicate with leads and potential members through calls, texts, emails, and in-person meetingsProvide an excellent onboarding experienceAssist members with resolving any concerns or complaintsMaintain cleanliness and organization of the studioAny other duties as assigned
