We are offering an opportunity for a skilled Human Resources (HR) Assistant to join our team in the agricultural industry, located in Richmond, Virginia.
The HR Assistant will be responsible for a range of tasks related to employee relations, benefits functions, and compliance, among other responsibilities.
The role involves the use of various HRMS tools and software, including ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, and ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode.
Responsibilities :
- Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits functions.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and company policies.
- Handle employee relations matters and provide appropriate solutions.
- Utilize HRMS tools and software, including ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, and ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and manage HR documents.
- Participate in the recruitment and selection process.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating HR projects and events.
- Collaborate with the HR team to evaluate and improve HR procedures and policies.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
