Black Dog Veterinary Services in Bozeman, MT is looking for a Credentialed Veterinary Technician to join our amazing TEAM!
We are a full service, 4 doctor, AHAA accredited small animal practice serving Gallatin Valley's cats and dogs! Our close-knit team works hard to provide the finest professional, personal, courteous, and caring services to our patients and clients.
We find a well-rounded, holistic approach to medicine to be the best way serve pets’ needs and strive to provide individualized care to each patient.
We offer services such as PRP injections, laser therapy, soft tissue surgery, digital radiology, in house laboratory, dental cleanings and preventative care.
Veterinary Technicians play an integral role in our hospital whether they are handling patient care, taking care of clients, assisting doctors in surgery, or providing quality nursing care to patients.
You will fully utilize your skillset and continue to develop your knowledge for years to come! We are looking for a compassionate technician who is ready to put their skills and leadership ability to work!

Our Ideal Candidate :
- CVT, LVT or RVT
- Recent graduate of AVMA accredited school, with intent to sit for VTNE will be considered.
- Previous Veterinary Experience >
1 year (preferred)
- Ability to execute treatment orders as directed by a DVM (to include but not limited to placing IV Catheters, venipuncture, patient assessment, surgical preparation, anesthesia, surgical nursing, diagnostic testing)
- Client Communication, Excellent Customer Service
- Passion for Preventative Care and Client Education
- Ability to assess situations with a sense of urgency and remain calm during stressful or emotional situations
- Motivated, Positive, TEAM Player
Anticipated Schedule :
- Full Time, 4-day work weeks (10-hour shifts)
- Same day off each week!
- NO WEEKENDS!
