We’re a group of Engineers identifying blockers, building tools, and executing projects in the factory automation space.

What You’ll Do :
Lead 3-5 simultaneous projects.
Own responsibility for technical project leadership. Use prior engineering knowledge or gain new knowledge to be the project technical expert.
Use engineering knowledge to architect automation solutions.
Work across multiple facilities with separate stakeholder teams and processes.
Set project goals, deliverables, and timelines. Manage the project to these goals.
Communicate project status to management.
Build payback models and assist in writing capital requests.
Use the existing Marmon automation implementation process to guide your workflow.
Update and improve internal processes as you learn. Contribute to shared knowledge base.
Mentor and guide others as required. Leadership opportunities can be available if desired.
Attend trade shows, vendor visits, etc., to become a rounded industry expert on current state-of-the-art technologies and implementation strategies.
Teach and mentor plant leadership to continue executing projects.
Technologies You’ll use :
Traditional robotic automation utilizing both industrial and collaborative robots.
Existing and customized machine designs catered to our manufacturing.
Automatic guided vehicles for raw material and finished good transportation.
Automated conveyor solutions for warehouse and shipping management.
What You’ll Bring to the Role :
Preferred degree areas : Mechanical engineering, Industrial engineering, Automation engineering, or Project management / Operations
3+ years of work experience in operations project management, automation project management, or similar
Comfortable in ambiguous situations where requirements may be unclear.
Comfortable in factory environments
Understanding of Industrial Processes, Quality Assurance, and Maintenance Procedures
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Knowledge of LEAN principles
10-20% travel, domestic
Strong organizational skills
MUST be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
