We are excited to announce that we are looking for a full time Sales Designer , who will design and sell beautiful custom storage solutions to our clients.
QUALITIES YOU POSSESS : You are high-energy, a great teammate and customer- oriented You enjoy the creative process and have a love for problem -solving You are empathetic, friendly and caring You enjoy a mix of office and field work You have a prior record of sales success You have excellent communication skills You love learning new technology You are self-motivated, proactive and curious RESPONSIBILITIES : Represent Inspired Closets at client appointments, and identify, evaluate and design solutions to meet the clients’ needs Run an average of 5-8 client appointments per week Close sales opportunities and meet or exceed all assigned metric goals Maintain high quality standards and manage each customer’s project to completion Follow and understand industry trends that include interior design, fashion and organization Build relationships with clients and potential clients through networking opportunities Create and manage a personal marketing plan Attend all required meetings and trainings QUALIFICATIONS : 3 years experience in sales with a record of success Preferred prior B2C sales experience An interest in interior design and home improvement Spatial reasoning skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Previous experience designing in CAD helpful JOB TYPE : FULL TIME COMPENSATION : Uncapped commission plus bonuses BENEFITS : Health Insurance Dental and Vision Insurance 401K PTO and Paid Holidays Car allowance Phone allowance Company-issued computer Powered by JazzHR
