Jacobs has an exciting opportunity for a Land Acquisition Project Coordinator to be working for one of our large clients.
In this role, you will manage land acquisitions for a fast-moving program, track multiple ROW Agents workloads and progress, and consult with the client.
You will also provide effective, skilled project management to help our team deliver projects in a timely, cost-effective manner.

Responsibilities include :
- Working directly with the client.
- Assist ROW Agents with land acquisition.
- Oversee acquisition package preparation.
- Maintaining project files, database management, and responding to public inquiries.

Minimum Requirements :
- 1-3 years’ experience in land acquisition.
- Proven experience with SAP, Salesforce, and Google Earth.
- Experience with leading teams, coordinating meetings and tracking projects.
- Capable of working independently, and interfacing with teams consisting of varying disciplines.
- College degree required.
