Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with site EHS and PSM leadership to improve PSM performance across the companyDevelop and maintain global PSM standards and best practicesLead significant process safety incident investigations and analyze trends for improvement plansRequired Qualifications and EducationBachelor's degree in engineering or a science-related field (Chemical or Mechanical Engineering preferred)Minimum of 10 years of experience managing PSM in chemical manufacturing or refining industriesStrong knowledge of OSHA 1910.
119 and EPA 40 CFR Part 68 regulations3-5 years of demonstrated leadership experienceApproximately 25-35% travel, including international locations, is required
