Job Description
- Lead hardscape sales territory development through strategic initiatives and continuous education programs, including renowned Professional Sales Training and certification opportunities.
- Utilize customized CRM and business intelligence tools to craft winning strategies and identify competitive advantages.
- Empower dealer teams with training and resources to optimize business growth with Techo-Bloc.
- Ensure brand consistency and service excellence across all sales channels.
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing and collaboration with internal teams, sales directors, dealers, and contractors. Maintain high standards for deliverables, including visual appearance, branding, and user experience.
- Research and share innovative product placement examples on social media platforms.
- Champion the company's reputation as a sales leader.
Qualifications
- Strong and Ambitious Work Ethic;
- Positive "Can-Do" energized attitude;
- Post Secondary Education;
- A minimum of 2 years of experience selling into a dealer network or working in the hardscape / building material industry (Selling or installing);
- Experience in building sales action plans, deciphering sales reports, hosting events and building customer relations
- Must have a valid passport and be able to travel to Canada for training / meetings.
- This job is home office-based with daily face-to-face on-site meetings. Must have easy access to the Greater Boston area.

Sales Representatives are eligible for uncapped sales bonuses with an average earnings potential of $85,000 - $120,000+ per year.
The starting pay will depend on various factors including but not limited to relevant professional and industry experience, education, and certifications.

May occasionally use hand tools, power tools, and / or hardscape tools. Frequent exposure to the outdoor elements takes place.
