WHAT YOU WILL DO :
The Clinical Program Manager is an exempt position responsible for the oversight and leadership of the Forward Together staff.
Supervisor Responsibilities :
- Ensure oversight of Forward Together daily operations.
- Supervise Gulf Coast Forward Together employees and provide support and oversight. Required to provide on-site response to assist Youth Engagement Coach and Youth Coach whenever necessary, as well provide assessment for Baker or Marchman Act.
May provide engagement, counseling, referral, and linkage to formal (community providers) and informal (family, friends, neighbors, school, resources when appropriate.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for making a provider schedule monthly and coordinating services for youth and their families.
- Maintain routine staff meetings.
- Implement and execute a routine internal auditing process to ensure quality of care.
- Responsible for tracking metrics and outcomes for funder reports.
- Ensure documentation and client intake occurs in a timely fashion.
- Seek and develop relationships with potential provider network and community supports.
- Ensure proper safety practices are followed.
- Develop policies and procedures as needed.
- Maintain contact and routine communication with provider network and community supports.
- Attend meetings as requested.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED :
- Master’s degree in a clinical licensed field required
- Professional Clinical Mental Health Counselor with a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMHT) with current state license certifications / licensure requirement for position.
- Must have a valid drivers' license with auto insurance coverage.
