Key Responsibilities of Lease Pricing Specialist / Financial Analyst :

Provide analytical support to Global Leasing teams during the sales process for structured asset-finance transactions, including US True Leases, finance leases, and loans across various asset classes and markets.

Develop and integrate tax, accounting, credit, and other financial constraints into lease optimization models.

Prepare and finalize client pricing by coordinating with internal teams for transaction funding and booking.

Independently conduct pricing and economic analyses for clients, working with minimal supervision.

Participate in strategic analytic assignments and tool development to support Global Leasing operations.

Lease Pricing Specialist / Financial Analyst Core Duties :

Analyze transaction economics using pre-tax and after-tax metrics, optimize pricing for new deals, and model transactions according to internal benchmarks or market standards.

Structure transactions to maximize cash flow, advise on tax implications, and present analysis to internal / external stakeholders.

Collaborate with Leasing teams, clients, and senior management to provide structuring solutions, and act as a key point of contact for tax, credit, risk, and finance-related issues.

Develop and maintain analytical models for ongoing financial assessments and transaction support.

Qualifications needed for the Lease Pricing Specialist / Financial Analyst :

Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field with a strong mathematical or computational focus.

Minimum 3 years of experience in cash flow analysis, financial modeling, or similar roles in leasing, structured asset finance, or project finance.

Advanced proficiency in Excel and other financial modeling tools for cash flow optimization.

Solid understanding of leasing or asset finance products, with knowledge of associated tax, accounting, or regulatory capital requirements.

Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen, particularly within the commercial banking sector.

Experience working with cross-functional teams including Accounting, Tax, Credit, and Operations in leasing or structured finance is highly preferred.
