Qualifications

• A minimum of at least 1 year experience in industry or related field

Responsibilities

• Level one machinists / operators, under direct supervision, load and unload parts in operation of 2-5 axis CNC / Automated mill and lathe machine tools to produce complex machined aerospace parts
• Level one machinists are responsible for in process inspection of machined product, which requires basic competencies in shop math, hand measuring tools and documentation
• Level one machinists are responsible for some deburr operations as well as basic preventative machine maintenance, which includes coolant and lube levels and area cleanliness
• Inspects produced components per blueprint using standard inspection techniques
• Loads / unloads parts in provided work holding method per setup
• Replaces broken cutting tools / inserts as needed
• Deburr parts as required
• Completes work order documentation in accordance with AS9100 quality standards
• Light Maintenance Duty of equipment

Benefits

• For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $19.50 to $29.25 US Dollar (USD) Hourly based on a variety of factors
• For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company's Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 1X the Company's bonus multiple, based on the Company's performance in the applicable quarter
