Senior Financial Analyst
Type : Direct Hire, 100% in office expectation Monday to Friday

What You’ll Do as a Senior Financial Analyst :
- Conduct detailed analyses to comprehend and monitor key performance indicators within your assigned business unit.
- Collaborate on creating the bottom-up monthly forecast and annual budget.
- Generate ad hoc reports to assess business trends and compare against forecasts and budgets.
- Monitor daily and weekly metrics, taking proactive steps to align results with plans.
- Initiate projects to enhance forecast accuracy, drive cost savings, and improve efficiency.
- Contribute to ongoing planning process evolution, including result compilation and variance explanation.
- Assist in preparing management reporting packages on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments to manage expenses within forecasted targets.
- Identify trends in products, market segments, and key customers to support strategic decision-making.
- Seek opportunities to enhance standard reporting, driving actionable insights.
- Implement action plans for improved forecast accuracy, cost savings, and profit enhancement.
Qualifications to be the Senior Financial Analyst :
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or accounting and 3 years of related experience.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of the P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flows from bottom to top
- Expert operating level with the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel is required. (Power BI experience would be a plus, but is not required)
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills to various levels of an organization.
- Have a challenger mindset with a strong collaborative focus, sense of curiosity and desire to learn.
