What You’ll DoLead the design strategy for assigned programs, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals.Champion inclusive and user-centered design through all phases of the product lifecycle.
Collaborate with design research to leverage user insights and inform design decisions.Facilitate design thinking workshops and effectively guide cross-functional teams through the design process.
Craft compelling narratives and present design solutions with clarity and confidence to stakeholders at all levels.Partner with cross-functional teams to define a shared roadmap that balances business and technical considerations.
Design high-fidelity experiences that are both beautiful and accessible to a broad range of users.Collaborate with the design system team to create and maintain scalable design components.
Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with design trends across industries.We’re looking for someone who : Possesses a strong design aesthetic that aligns with our brand identity and prioritizes inclusivity.
Has a proven track record of leading design teams and shipping successful products in fast-paced environments.Demonstrates a strategic mindset and excels at simplifying complexity through systems thinking.

Is comfortable navigating ambiguity, motivating teams, and leading by example.Enjoys coaching and mentoring junior designers, fostering a positive team culture.
Is a self-starter with exceptional organizational skills and a continuous improvement mindset.QualificationsWilling to relocate to Bentonville, AR and work onsite 5 days / week.
Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Information Architecture, Digital Design, or a related field.5-7 years of experience in product design leadership roles.
Exceptional portfolio showcasing elegant and user-centric design solutions.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on empathy and inclusivity.
