What you’ll do as an Accounts Payable Clerk :

Process invoices for payment

Verify accuracy of accounting documents

Provide clerical support as needed to AP Manager

Maintain safe working habits / conditions according to all regulations and policies

What you’ll need

At least 18 years old

Authorized to work in the United States for this company

1-3 year’s minimum experience proving administrative support with a thorough understanding of accounting theory, terminology, and practices

Able to demonstrate a strong attention to detail, strong organizational skill, and the ability to adapt quickly to meet changing deadlines and priorities are key in this position

Proficient with Microsoft Business Applications (Excel, Word) and other accounting software

Able to communicate effectively with customers, employees, etc.

Able to pro-actively work independently, and are able to handle multiple projects simultaneously with the ability to prioritize work, anticipate and meet established deadlines

Physical abilities & exposures

Routinely : Use keyboard & mouse

Occasionally : Exposure to outdoor elements
