Fully Remote but training is onsite in Columbus, OH

MUST HAVE RECENT TRAVEL EXPERIENCE

GDS experience is needed

6-month Contract assignment

$24 / hr

• Experience making travel reservations in the GDS
• Issuance of tickets, exchanges, refunds, etc.
• Travel experience must be recent if they haven’t done it recently they are not going to be familiar with the new technology and procedures.
• Travel agency or corporate travel background is what they’re looking for
• GDS / SABRE is their online booking tool
• Supporting when a problem comes up
• Assisting on the backend and investigating
• Make a change to reservation, airlines, etc.
• Managed manually
• Provide maintenance on any changes
• Hotels, airlines, track airline tickets with Excel
• Someone with excel experience
• Making sure corporate rates for the hotels are in the system
• Travel to hilliard for a week of training and then fully remote
• Will provide hotel, airline / travel if they are out of state
• Work East Coast hours
• Proficient and attention to detail
• Other GDS can transfer to SABRE
• Customer service is huge, outgoing, ability to multi-task, driven
• All of their customers are internal customer and they have high expectations
• Can work independently with little support however door is always open for questions
• Attention to detail

• the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure.

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
