Position Overview :

As a Painter, you will support a broad range of activities in adynamic, high energy production environment in finishing of the best railvehicles in the world.

What will your day-to-day may look like :

• Showcase your precision skills in prepping, priming, and applyingtopcoat to rail car bodies.
• Take pride in hand-blocking and sanding car shells, preparing themfor the perfect finish.
• Ensure every surface is masked and cleaned, setting the stage forimpeccable paintwork.
• Operate a variety of tools with confidence and get certified touse specialized equipment.
• Play a key role in the maintenance of our finishing equipment,keeping it in top condition.
• Demonstrate your meticulous nature by accurately completing workorders and quality documentation.
• Uphold our high standards for quality and efficiency, whileenjoying the autonomy of independent work.
• Share your knowledge and mentor fellow Painters, contributing toour culture of continuous improvement.
• Be a role model in safety, diligently using protective gear andcontributing to our collective well-being.

To thrive in this role, you have :

• High school education or GED.
• At least 2 years’ experience as an automotive or industrialpainter.
