Summary :

Underminimal guidance, installs, repairs, troubleshoots and maintainsequipment such as manufacturing process equipment, CNC machinery,robotics, automation, conveyance systems, packaging systems, andancillary equipment within industrial manufacturing settings.

Sensor Installation, breakdown support, aiding ATS projects forgrowth. Applies knowledge and aptitude of industrial electrical,electronics, mechanics, pneumatics, and hydraulics.

Has exposure toand familiarity with various industry controlsprograms.

Responsibilities :

• Performscompetent break-fix & preventative maintenance. This includesbut is not limited to : observing devises in operation to determineroot cause of problem;
• dismantling devices to gain access to andremove defective parts; adjustment of functional parts of devicesand control instruments;

repair and / or replacement of defectiveparts; and performing troubleshooting and repair of electricalcircuitry and mechanical systems.

• Identifiesparts, supplies and repair items as necessary for equipmentmaintenance and repair.
• With minimalinstruction, performs maintenance as per industrystandards.
• Works with customer counterparts toexecute maintenance, reliability, and preventative maintenanceprocedures.
• May be required to setup andoperate multiple machining operations including but not limited to : lathe, drill press, grinder, and other metalworking tools to makeand repair parts.

May perform weldingtasks.

• Conforms and complies with customercontractor codes of conduct, housekeeping standards, and safetyprocesses
• Documents work performed in servicereports, and applicable managementsystems.
• Performs routine processes with andwithin industrial control systems to troubleshoots and analyzescomplex equipment, perform equipment maintenance, and to resolveequipment problems.
• Utilizes in-depthapplication of electrical, mechanical, and fluid power aptitude totroubleshoot and repair equipment.
• Completesand conducts on-the-job training and technical self-study programsfor career development.
• Follows all safetyrelated policies, rules, regulations, technical instructions andguidelines. Situational awareness and identify unsafe behaviors andconditions.

Knowledge,Skills, Abilities &Competencies :

• Relevant education tolevel six and minimum five years related experience or equivalentcombination of education and experience.
• Must beable to use basic hand tools and specialised tools asappropriate.
• Possesses working knowledge and experienceregarding electrical, mechanical, and fluid powersystems

in related fields. Can analyse the problems,synthesize alternative solutions, and perform repairs

Extensive travel required. (Local, National,International).

Desirable :

• Experience in preventative maintenance techniques, precisionmeasuring, mechanical alignments, and general maintenanceof applicable process equipment.
• Exposure toprogrammable logic controllers, field devices, and electricaldrive and motor systems
