Our Massachusetts CBHI provider program needs you! At Kaleidoscope Family Solutions, we offer a flexible, supplemental role that fits around your current commitments while providing critical support to families and individuals in their home environments.

Ideal for Experienced Therapists :
- Flexible Hours : Work between 2 : 30 PM - 8 PM and some weekends, perfect for balancing with existing commitments.
- Competitive Compensation : Hourly rates increase based on caseload size, fluency in a second language, and tenure with the agency.
- No Office Requirement : Deliver care directly in clients’ homes without the need to come to the office.
Perfect for New Therapists :
- Licensure Support : Gain hands-on experience working towards your LMHC or LICSW licensure. Weekly paid supervision required counts towards licensure.
- Professional Growth : Work with a diverse team and develop skills in in-home therapy settings.
Role Overview :
As an In-Home Therapist, you’ll :
- Provide family therapy services to clients with MassHealth and Commercial insurance.
- Implement targeted interventions to improve family communication, problem-solving, and support.
- Conduct clinical intakes, develop therapeutic goals, and engage with families.
- Manage risk and safety planning, and collaborate with team members.
- Complete necessary documentation and consult with the team regularly.
Qualifications :
- Master’s Degree in Counseling, Education (with a concentration in Mental Health Counseling / Expressive Arts), Expressive Therapies, Psychology, or Social Work.
- Experience Required : At least one year of experience working with children.
