Now Hiring! Marketing Administrator

Location : Conshohocken, PA

Schedule : 30 hours per week (Monday-Friday)

Job Summary : Coordinate and execute all digital marketing activities for RadMD across various channels to enhance the company's online presence and reputation.

This role focuses on increasing engagement with biotech and pharmaceutical targets and raising RadMD's profile among key audiences.

What You’ll Do :

  • Manage digital channels (social media, website, newsletters), create / publish content, and respond to customers.
  • Act as the in-house Salesforce expert for campaigns and platform optimization.
  • Support the planning, production, and implementation of marketing activities per the strategic plan.
  • Create visual content for social media, manage the social media calendar, and track performance.
  • Oversee website management, including enhancements, maintenance, user experience, and SEO / Google Analytics.
  • Identify digital marketing tactics to enhance brand awareness and demand generation campaigns.
  • Manage external agency relationships, optimize performance, and report to the business.
  • Coordinate various digital projects and marketing activities as needed.
  • Drive business growth through digital marketing channels, aligning with sales and marketing strategies.
  • Develop and execute content strategies with senior stakeholder support.

What You’ll Need :

  • Strong digital marketing experience : UX, SEO, SEM, optimization, testing, analytics.
  • Proficient in Salesforce administration, campaigns, dashboards, and pipeline tracking.
  • Skilled in devising engaging and converting B2B digital campaigns.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Creative and proactive mindset.
  • Proficient in social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter).
  • Experience in website design and CMS platforms.
  • Strong product copywriting skills.
  • Experienced with CRM packages, especially Salesforce.
  • Competent with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Degree or relevant qualification in digital marketing or related field.
  • Experience with website CMS administration.
  • Competent design skills (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Canva).
  • Knowledge of data gathering, analytics, Google Analytics, and online advertising.
  • Strong writing, editing, organizational, presentation, and project-management skills.
  • Attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Travel :

  • This role involves travel and attendance at exhibitions and meetings across the US, including overnight stays and weekend travel.
