We offer comprehensive insurance solutions and personalized coverage options for our clients.
Responsibilities :
- Build relationships with potential clients and analyze their insurance needs
- Educate clients about insurance policies and recommend suitable coverage options
- Generate leads and proactively reach out to potential clients
- Maintain Strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
- Stay updated with industry trends and changes in insurance regulations.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets
Requirements :
- Must have a property & casualty or personal lines license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self Motivated and results - oriented mindset
- Proficient computer skills and familiarity with CRM Software
- High school diploma or equivalent
Licensed but no previous experience? No problem!
We have a proven track record with our onboarding and training program where you will have a support system in place from day 1 throughout your career with our agency.
