New Construction Plumber

Key Responsibilities : - Lead and execute new construction plumbing projects with precision and efficiency to ensure the highest quality work.

• Serve as a mentor to less experienced plumbers, sharing industry knowledge and fostering a collaborative environment.- Work independently with minimal supervision, while being part of a cohesive team that values communication and mutual support.
• Complete all jobs and associated paperwork accurately, thoroughly, and on time, reflecting the company's commitment to excellence.
• Maintain adherence to safety standards in all tasks and environments, ensuring a safe and productive work environment.Key Qualifications : - Minimum of 4 years of experience in new construction plumbing.
• An associate degree () from a two-year college or technical school is preferred but not required.- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to doing the job right the first time.
• Willingness to continuously learn and grow within the plumbing trade.- Valid driver"s license with a clean driving record;

ability to operate a company vehicle.- A Journeyman's or Master Plumber's license is a plus.- Proficiency with technology, including the ability to use an iPad and compose professional emails to communicate with clients and colleagues.#zrbc
