Job Title : Workday Support ConsultantLocation : Marlsbro, MA (Near Boston)Number of positions : OneResponsibilities :
- Resolve Tickets and Complete service requests within agreed SLAs.
- Configuring and deploying change requests.
- Co-ordinate with business users and functional analysts to understand and validate requirements for system upgrades and / or enhancements.
- Perform root cause analysis for frequently occurring issues and work with cross-functional teams / vendor to ensure quick resolution.
- Workday Techno-functional Developer with a strong background and understanding of Workday configuration and integrations
- Experience in Workday delivery of integration support and functional support in HR processes
- Good understanding of business processes in Workday, EIB, Core connector, PICOF and Studio Integrations.
- Preferred certification : oWorkday Integration Certified professionaloITIL Foundation
- Good understanding of business processes in Workday, EIB, Core connector, PICOF and Studio Integrations.Other Key skills :
- Ability to manage and deliver multiple priorities in a constrained timeline Proactively propose alternate solutions to the customer as and when needed
