PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Maintain accurate quotation and order files.
- Entering customer approved orders in system. Ensuring all necessary information is provided with order
- Verify that Purchase Orders meet NOV Systems, Delivery Terms, Financial Terms and other commercial requirements.
- Working with Sales to create equipment & system proposals - utilizing sales, engineering, and technical support
- Communicate current pricing and deliveries with assigned customers.
- Process and enter all Inbound equipment for repair, sale, teardown or storage
- Advise and discuss customer communications with account representatives.
- Work with sales and field service to schedule preventative maintenance and service with customer
- Communicate with Planning & Scheduling Departments on current and potential orders to maintain order accuracy and on-time delivery.
- Carry out responsibilities in accordance with established organizational policies and procedures, regulatory requirements, and applicable laws.
- Travel as required
- Additional duties as assigned
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS :
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (preferred).
- 1 year of experience in Sales or Industry related.
- ESP experience preferred.
