Salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
- Estimated annual base pay : $144,000(minimum) - $180,000(midpoint) - $216,000(maximum)

Are you ready to make your mark? If you're a Finance Executive, we have an exciting opportunity for you. The Finance Director for FP&A will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial planning and analysis for our division.
This includes preparing the annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, long range plans, and reporting out the monthly financial results.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, with a proven track record of success in similar roles.
What You Will Be Doing
- Develop and implement financial planning and analysis processes to support the division's strategic objectives
- Prepare the annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, and long range plans
- Report out the monthly financial results, including variance analysis and recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
- Provide financial guidance and analysis to the VP of Finance and other senior leaders within the division
- Manage a team of financial managers and analysts and ensure they are meeting performance expectations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the division and across the company
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a similar role
- Strong analytical skills and experience with financial modeling and forecasting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders
- Experience managing a team of financial analysts
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial modeling tools
- CPA or MBA preferred
