Hill International is seeking an Engineer I (Part Time) in Los Angeles, California
- Work alongside a multi-disciplined team of planners, architects, engineers, construction managers, property managers, and other professionals in a collaborative environment
- Perform records-research, field investigations, and stakeholder outreach to verify and document existing conditions
- Develop high-quality maps, diagrams, drawings, renderings, and other work-products to support the planning, design, operations, and maintenance of airport facilities
- Develop tools, templates, and standards to innovate and improve our processes
- Strong credentials & experience with Computer Aided Drafting (CAD), such as preparing single-line diagrams, floor-plans, and other drawings to reflect existing & proposed conditions (electrical, mechanical, structural, plumbing,
- Some experience & knowledge of Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Building Information Modeling (BIM), and other spatial-data systems
- Some experience & knowledge of building systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing,
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills in a collaborative setting

Desired Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, and / or related field
- Professional Certifications in Computer Aided Drafting (CAD), Geographic Information Systems (GIS), and / or Building Information Modeling (BIM) are highly desirable
- Experience with Autodesk (CAD, Revit, and / or similar softwares is highly desirable
The hourly range for this position is $37.00 - $47.00. The offered salary will be based on the applicants qualifications, education, experience and work location.
