Senior Engineer

Job Summary (List Format) :

• Develop, implement, and improve residential and commercial HVAC products to achieve high performance and reliability.
• Lead new product development (NPD) projects and ongoing sustaining engineering initiatives.
• Manage projects and special engineering requests throughout the entire product development cycle.
• Design, optimize, and qualify HVAC systems using advanced analytical and experimental methods.
• Lead product qualification and ensure compliance with relevant agencies and standards.
• Conduct analytical studies using modern simulation tools.
• Ensure quality of designs by supporting proposals with thorough calculations and documentation.
• Provide technical expertise and support to manufacturing, sales & marketing, quality, and supply chain teams.
• Collaborate and communicate with vendors, customers, and field personnel.
• Deliver technical and business presentations to various stakeholders.
• Document product designs, including bills of material, drawings, and change notifications.
• Interface with regulatory and testing agencies to ensure compliance.
• Utilize computer simulation tools, programming languages, and office / database software as required.
• Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, 10+ years of relevant experience, and EPA Section 608 Refrigerant Certification (Universal) as a plus.
