Craftex Communications, a leading marketing solutions provider based in Miami, is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Entry Level Customer Service Assistant to join our dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers via phone, email, and in-person with inquiries, orders, and general support.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions.
- Resolve customer complaints with patience and professionalism, escalating issues as needed.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information and notes on interactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the customer service team.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to problem-solve and handle challenging situations with diplomacy.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
