We are looking for a Wellness Coordinator to join our amazing team!
Schedule : Full-time; Monday-Friday

Responsibilities :
- Assists in collecting the documents and required forms needed for the new residents’ admission by collaborating with the sales team.
- Ensure state compliance with the initial chart and resident file setup.
- Assist Director of Health & Wellness (DHW) in audits and state specific team member training as needed.
- Assist DHW with state inspections / surveys and collection of any required documentation in preparation of survey.
- Assist with interview scheduling for the department and on-going hiring.
- Assist DHW with managing call offs and scheduling during the day.
- Other administrative duties as assigned by the DHW and Executive Director as needed.
- May perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements :
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one (1) to three (3) years related experience and / or training;
or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must complete all state required training.
- Able to read and comprehend simple instructions, write short correspondence via email or other methods.
- Must have attention to detail and have working knowledge of computer software such as Microsoft Office.
- Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Able to problem solve and apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
- Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, if needed.
