Are you detail-oriented, client-focused, and ready to make a significant impact? We're looking for an isolved Payroll Specialist to join our dynamic Client Services team.
In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring our clients' payroll processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will work under the guidance of our Director of Client Experience to manage payrolls, produce system reports, resolve client issues, and perform critical administrative follow-ups.
Your expertise in payroll and client satisfaction will directly contribute to our commitment to exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure optimal client satisfaction and retention
- Manage and process client payrolls with precision
- Produce and analyze system reports
- Timely manual uploads for client third-party vendors
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues
- Follow established processes and procedures meticulously
- Accurately assess, research, and resolve the clients' needs in a timely manner
- Effectively manage a heavy workload of clients' requests through multiple communication channels (phone, email, etc.)
What We're Looking For :
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Discretion when handling confidential information
- Highly motivated individual that is a self-starter and works well in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
- Over one year of customer service experience
- Payroll (FPC / CPP) and Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certifications highly desirable
- isolved payroll and HCM / HRIS experience required
This is a remote position that requires an independent individual with high-level of accountability to work under minimum supervision
