Position Summary :
The Project Manager for the COO will provide comprehensive, high-level administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer.
This role will act as a critical liaison between the COO and senior management, ensuring seamless communication and coordination across teams.
The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate special projects, manage executive follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders, and offer analytical support to key business initiatives.

Bachelors Degree preferred or 4 years of relevant experience
Skills :
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project) with advanced knowledge of Excel
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently to meet deadlines and organizational goals
- Professional demeanor and strong presentation skills
- Experience handling sensitive information with discretion and maintaining confidentiality
- Demonstrated ability to handle stress, conflict, and crisis situations effectively
- High ethical standards, sound judgment, and the ability to make decisions confidently
Experience :
- At least five years of executive assistant or administrative experience, with aspirations for career growth
- Proven track record in scheduling, project coordination, and metrics development
- Strong understanding of administrative processes, systems, and procedures
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Office applications
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and supervise Document Control personnel
- Provide multifaceted executive-level administrative support to ensure the efficient use of the COOs time and productive interactions across teams
- Manage the COOs schedule, including meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and follow-up on key actions
- Independently manage and implement processes to support projects, information flow, and people management
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for executive meetings
- Handle sensitive matters with a high degree of discretion, particularly those impacting both personal and business-related decisions
- Support executive leadership with the formatting, organizing, and development of presentations and documents using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant tools
- Oversee expense reports, invoices, and purchasing for the COO and the executive team as necessary
- Assist with special projects, research, and other general office duties as required
