Comprehensive Training : Receive 12 weeks of hands-on training, including apprenticeship opportunities to master the technical skills of cutting keys and understanding vehicle systems.
Competitive Earnings : Enjoy weekly base pay of $700-900 per week during 12 week training, with van owners earning six-figure profits.
Key Responsibilities : Provide mobile locksmith services, including cutting keys and programming car remotes. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent service and communication.
Manage daily operations of your mobile service, including building event relationships and managing inventory. Utilize your sales skills to generate new business and enhance customer retention.
Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and locksmithing techniques. Qualifications : Valid driver’s license and a clean MVR report and background check! Previous sales experience, preferably in a service-oriented field.
Managerial experience is a plus; we value leadership skills. Technical experience with locksmithing or automotive knowledge is highly desirable.
Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for working with people. Must be 22 years or older. Foreign nationals are welcome to apply! Ideal Candidates Will Have : A love of learning and a desire to grow their skills.
