Position Summary
This role will be on the Last Mile Team. This team works to deliver and fulfill customer demand for everything in the store and beyond at the comfort of their home.
As a Senior Manager of Launch, you will be key to growing our last-mile Dedicated Delivery vans program. The Last Mile Dedicated Delivery team is focused on building out new propositions to fulfill the delivery segment from Walmart directly to the end consumer, using a dedicated fleet.
You will be responsible for the launch program by which we deploy this dedicated fleet nationwide. You will be a key player in our densification efforts connecting upstream supply chain nodes with last mile channels.

Role Responsibilities and Goals :
- Develop and then execute the launch playbook for a new last-mile delivery vans program
- Take charge of deploying this initiative, ensuring it meets our ambitious scaling goals
- Manage other associates and build a team to scale the launch program
- Wear multiple hats and assist with other related projects, be it business case development or pilot incubation

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 3 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 5 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area.
1 year's supervisory experience.
