ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following :
- Order, procure and expedite parts orders for customers and technicians
- Pays vendors bills for parts through online accounting system.
- Posts vendor invoices through NAV business system.
- Processes customer invoices
- Participates in parts inventory for branches and vans
- Assists with receiving, checking in and putting away stock orders
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE :
- Excellent customer service and organization skills required.
- Strong computer skills necessary, including Excel.
- H.S. Diploma / GED required.
- One year certificate from college or technical school
- 1-3 years related experience
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record is required.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs
Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- The employee is frequently required to stand; walk, sit; and use hands to finger, handle, or feet
- The employee may occasionally be required to climb a ladder or kneel
- The employee must regularly lift and / or move up to 10 pounds and may occasionally lift up to 40 pounds
