We are looking for Full Time Nurse Clinical Educator to join our team ! This position would travel to Warrenville, Mokena, Hinsdale.

Hours : M-F day time hours

This position is responsible for providing patient focused surgical care.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to , the following :

• Must be proficient in reproductive endocrinology and infertility (REI) nursing.
• Thorough and accurate training of newly-hired nurses and medical assistants.
• Knowledge of, and compliance with, FCI standards, policies and procedures.
• Effective leadership skills.
• Actively role model and coach the behaviors associated with integrity, compassion, accountability, respect, and

excellence.

Maintain mature, professional, and effective working relationships with FCI physicians, all levels of FCI management

and staff, and outside customers.

• Demonstrate leadership skills in problem-solving, decision-making, multi-tasking, and accountability.
• Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, a respectful demeanor, and a positive approach.
• Maintain personal knowledge of FCI policies, procedures, goals and initiatives.
• Assume other responsibilities, aside from those outlined in this job description, as deemed necessary and

appropriate by Physicians, Executive Director, and / or Director of Medical Affairs.

Requirements :

• BSN or higher strongly preferred
• Five years’ nursing experience preferred
