We are looking for a Global Supplier Data Coordinator to join our maintenance team. This position is onsite in Miami / Doral area and is a 6-month assignment for busy season.
The position of Data Coordinator will be a key contributor to the GSM team which is a centralized function that supports all the company’s maintenance of supplier and banking information in our global financial system, Oracle.
The position will also help contribute to the go live of a new supplier self-service portal.
Essential Functions :
- Process requests for new and updated supplier records in our financial system (Oracle) including address, tax and banking information.
- Perform verbal bank account verification with our supplier population.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal colleagues and external suppliers.
- Participate in special projects and process improvements encompassing best practices and / or technology solutions impacting the entire organization.
Essential Functions :
- High School Diploma or higher education required.
- Experience in Supplier Maintenance, Accounts Payable and / or Banking experience a plus.
- Experience with Oracle and MarkView preferred but not required. Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in a multi-currency environment preferred. Uncompromising personal integrity, as well as a high-level of respect for all individuals.

- Strong communication, time management and organizational skills. Diligent in meeting deadlines and adept at managing peak workloads.
The hourly for this position is $18.50 paid every Friday.
