Position Overview : We are seeking a reliable and experienced bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will deliver outstanding service and create extraordinary experiences for our members.
Key Responsibilities :
- Adhere to guidelines for the legal and responsible service of alcohol.
- Prepare drinks according to established recipes.
- Greet and assist guests promptly and in a friendly and professional manner.
- Guide guests with menu and beverage selections.
- Collaborate effectively with team members.
- Ensure responsible service of alcohol and adhere to all legal and safety guidelines.
Qualifications :
- Previous bartending experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift 15-20 pounds.
- Guest-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
