Seeking an experience Customer Success Consultant to help service and deploy Software solutions within customer base. You will join a diver team to work together to solve difficult problems together.
In this position, you will be challenged, while also contributing Solution Implementation, Installation, Configuration, Integration, and Customization.
Most Important Responsibilities :
- Lead solution adoption initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions for new clients. Manage and optimize knowledge-sharing tools and processes.
- Provide training and coaching to internal teams and clients.
- Oversee the review, implementation, and global process updates of technology solutions.
- Facilitate the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a positive experience and successful integration.
- Guide and manage customer onboarding and adoption, leading implementation efforts from start to finish.
- Install and configure software, aligning with company best practices and meeting client specifications.
- Oversee project completion, including configurations, integrations, and troubleshooting as needed.
- Continuously improve training materials, tools, documentation, and processes for Global Solutions team.
- Provide expertise on ITIL and DevOps practices to optimize operational processes.
- Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Marketing, Solutions Egnineers, and Customer Success to refine best practices that elevate organizational performance.
- Stay informed on industry advancements and technologies to maintain a high level of expertise.
- Translate complex technical concepts into simple, clear explanations tailored for various audiences and learning methods.
What you can bring to the table to impact this role, team, and organization :
- 5-10+ years of experience in an enterprise environment.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficient in legacy and modern technologies with experience in enterprise software implementation.
- Skilled in managing multifaceted projects.
- Proven ability to create comprehensive documentation.
- Experienced in onboarding clients, both onsite and virtually, to drive technology adoption.
- Familiarity with DevOps, Cloud, and IT technologies.
- Project Management experience.
- Background in Customer Success, including account management and upselling.
- Experience in maintaining and updating internal knowledge bases.
- Knowledge of ITIL and DevOps frameworks, with an understanding of processes such as Change Management, Incident Management, Configuration Management, CICD, and Automation.
Compensation : $100 120K + Bonus / Commission Opportunity
