The Opportunity
The Regional Sales Manager reports directly to the Vice President of Sales for North America and is responsible for capital sales in the Northeast US.
Specifically, you will be responsible for sales of our Modus X, Modus Plan, Modus Navigation, and referrals for MRI sales opportunities.
What you’ll do
- Responsible for meeting capital sales objectives within your defined geography on quarterly timelines
- Clinically sell relevant physician specialties in a persuasive timely manner through equipment demonstrations, didactic interactions, clinical evaluations, and case observations
- Build compelling clinical and business cases for products in question
- Present business cases to the C-suite in the boardroom setting
- Negotiate and close sales opportunities
- Work with teammates and other Synaptive business units in a collaborative and positive manner
What you’ll do need
- Previous medical capital sales experience at the 1M price point or a demonstrated ability to do so
- Experience selling in the Neuro, spine, plastics, and ENT space
- Existing relationships with targeted specialties in the defined geography
- Ability to communicate in a persuasive and concise manner to all levels of the sell including the C-suite and physicians
- Proven ability to sell on quarterly timelines
- Ability to travel up to 50-70 percent
