We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Project Coordinator : III (Senior) based in GRAND RAPIDS, Michigan.
In this role, you will be supporting IT infrastructure project managers and operations to deliver on expected value. The industry is fast-paced and requires a thorough understanding of project coordination.
Responsibilities :
- Support IT infrastructure project managers in executing deliverables and obligations.
- Analyze contracts to identify deliverables and obligations, and create a plan for execution.
- Assist in measuring performance data to detect anomalies and trends.
- Collaborate with IT leaders to review identified anomalies and trends.
- Perform data entry reconciliation and analysis between Excel spreadsheets and ServiceNow.
- Provide assistance in scheduling meetings, updating project documents, communication, and training.
- Update the project plan regularly to reflect current status.
- Assist in collecting and validating information relevant to the project.
- Help prepare status reports and presentations for IT leaders.
- Utilize various software tools such as MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word, and ServiceNow in daily operations.
- Proficiency in communication and written communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in documentation and review processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and MS Visio
- Experience in training staff members
- Knowledge in operations and planning procedures
- Familiarity with contracts and collection processes
- Ability to make presentations and provide workstation support
- Experience in reconciliations and managing spreadsheets
- Ability to execute tasks and deliver results on time
- Experience in scheduling meetings and creating validation plans
- Ability to perform data entry tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in the Servicenow Application
- Ability to identify anomalies and measure performance
- Experience in preparing status reports for projects.
