Position Overview : We are seeking an experienced and proactive Independent Handyman to join our team at Nandail Property Management.
As a key member, you will be instrumental in providing high-quality service to our clients and customers. Key Responsibilities : Perform general carpentry work, including rough and finish carpentry.
Carry out bathroom and kitchen upgrades and remodels. Paint both interior and exterior surfaces. Repair, patch, and caulk drywall.
Handle minor plumbing and electrical tasks. Repair and install flooring. Manage general home repairs and maintenance. Communicate effectively and maintain strong organizational skills.
Demonstrate problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Qualifications : A High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
Proven experience as a handyman. Skilled in using hardware tools and equipment. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Familiar with basic hand and power tools.
Must have reliable transportation and a flexible schedule. Mechanical aptitude is required. A contractor or journeyman license is advantageous.
