Phoenix Cyber is looking for a Technical Writer to support one of our clients. The ideal candidate will be great at working with multiple stakeholders to define and implement technical requirements.
This is a 100% remote, work-from-home position anywhere in the continental United States. Job Duties Schedule meetings with Subject Matter Experts to discuss technical requirements Turn meeting notes into a design document and circulate the document for review and approval Hand the design document to developers and answer any questions they have during development Once development is done and the new functionality is deployed, help with testing Requirements : Minimum 3 years of client facing consulting and business analysis experience 3 years of experience working with cross-functional teams Experience developing high-quality deliverables using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) Strong critical thinking, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills Demonstrated interviewing skills to gather requirements, illustrate as-is processes, analyze gaps, research and collaborate with technology SMEs, and draft future state roadmaps for impacted processes Eligible for a Government Security Clearance Phoenix Cyber is a national provider of cybersecurity engineering services, operations services, sustainment services and managed security services to organizations determined to strengthen their security posture and enhance the processes and technology used by their security operations team.
