Our agency is seeking an Account Manager to join our team and help us protect our community while enjoying a fun and rewarding work environment.
Responsibilities :
- Engage with prospective customers to identify their insurance needs and offer suitable coverage options
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Conduct outbound sales calls and follow up on leads to drive business growth
- Process policy changes and provide servicing support to existing customers
- Participate in fun team sales contests with incentives (like a monthly bingo board) to motivate and reward success
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a passion for achieving sales targets
- Proficiency in computer systems and ability to learn insurance software
- Must pass an in-depth background check
Licenses :
- Must obtain Property & Casualty License
- Must obtain Life & Health License
- Agency sponsored 2-day exam prep course and the first attempt at the exams
