Job Summary :
As a Maintenance Manager, you'll be at the helm of a team of skilled professionals spanning various disciplines, including machine shop, tool making, pipefitting, masonry, painting, and electrical.
Your role will involve nurturing talent, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, and upholding a safe and orderly work environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead and mentor a team of skilled workers, assessing staffing needs and delegating tasks effectively.
Ensure meticulous completion of all necessary documentation within specified timelines.
Uphold 5S standards to promote cleanliness and efficiency in the workplace.
Adhere strictly to safety, environmental, and quality protocols.
Undertake any other duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications :
Thorough understanding of industry protocols, procedures, and best practices.
Proven experience in supervising and directing team members.
