Position : Personal Injury Attorney

Location : Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, and Tampa

Key Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury cases from start to finish
• Conduct legal research and evaluate evidence to determine liability
• Communicate with clients, medical professionals, and insurance companies
• Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court
• Maintain updated knowledge of personal injury laws and regulations

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
• 3 to 5 years of Plaintiff Personal Injury experience
• Trial experience is a HUGE PLUS
