The Role :
As our new Personal Injury Attorney, you'll be at the forefront of our litigation efforts. This in-office position offers a stable Monday-Friday schedule with no billable hours, allowing you to focus on what matters most your clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead depositions of experts and witnesses
- Represent clients in court appearances and jury trials
- Draft and argue compelling motions
- Manage cases from inception to resolution
- Ensure smooth progression of your caseload
Ideal Candidate :
- Licensed attorney in Florida
- 4-8 years of experience in personal injury or product liability litigation
- Proven success managing complex caseloads through trial
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- Outstanding communication abilities
- Unwavering work ethic and client-first mindset
What We Offer :
- Competitive salary : $90,000 - $130,000 (based on experience), plus bonus potential
